I can’t thank enough for the excellent and high quality services I received from Aurora Lasik. I had been wearing eye glasses and contact lenses for so many years since I was a kid. Due to my severe myopia, the only eye surgery that I am safely qualified for was EVO ICL. I had a comprehensive eye evaluation to assess my qualifications for EVO ICL in August 2024. The evaluation was impressively thorough and their facility is very clean. I never had eye surgery before so I expressed my apprehension and anxiety about undergoing EVO ICL Audrey, an Aurora staff was very amazing. She really took time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable by sharing with me her personal and clinical experiences. She relayed my feelings about the surgery toward the Aurora doctors. After that, Dr. Munson (surgeon) and Dr. Triebold spent a great time conversing and discussing with me about the EVO ICL and answered all my questions. The whole communication made me feel reassured. Both of them are very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. I decided to pursue the surgery and I am very thankful that Bailey and the management honored the first quote given to me despite rescheduling my initial appointment. On Dec 04, 2024, I had my EVO ICL surgery and the nurses at the Laser & Surgery Center were amazing. Nurses Kayla, Kim and Stephanie took care of me really well from pre-op, surgical suite, post-op, and discharge. Chanteria, Aurora Patient Coordinator also visited me at the surgery center after the placement of my first implant. She was there as my emotional support. She was very therapeutic, which made the whole experience soothing. She instructed me to open my left eye with mu new implant and it was fascinating that I could already see things at a far distance a few minutes after my surgery. After 2 hours of surgery, my intra-ocular pressure went up, which is expected following the surgery. Dr. Munson resolved and released the pressure in my eyes. Dr. Munson is very professional, knowledgeable and skillful with a great bedside manner. I went to Aurora Lasik the next day after my surgery for follow-up and my eye symptoms are much better and my visual acuity is now 20/20 less than 24 hours post-op. I am beyond impressed not just the surgical outcome but also with the holistic experiences I had at Aurora Lasik. I highly recommend this eye center to my friends, families, colleagues and everyone. —Raffy—

This is, by far, one of the most professional, caring, and knowledgeable offices I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Yesterday on 11/14/24 I had lasik surgery at aurora lasik in lacey wa.Wore glasses for 12yrs.couldnt see..next day,I have better than 20/20 vision and tears of joy.the team is clean,kind,professional and personal like family..Great experience and great atmosphere. 100percent recommend them

I have recently done my lasik. And I have stopped wearing my glasses after 24 years :). I love my new and improved vision. Entire team in aurora lasik went above and beyond with the care and service. Had a great experience with them. Answered every question I had. Literally everyone had a smile and was friendly. They also made every effort to make me comfortable starting from the first appointment, offering coffee and snacks. My eyesight is better than 20/20 now and I don't have any major side effects. My sister and I both got our surgeries done here and we are both doing great. Make sure to follow their instructions, as I'm sure you value your eyes.

Got my lasik surgery on my birthday. Dr. Munson and his team are definitely friendly, professional and always so welcoming. The clinic itself is very clean and filled with refreshments. They sent out text messages for reminders of appointments and to check how you are doing afterwards.Procedure went by fast and smooth. I recommend Aurora LASIK to anyone who is unsure but wanting a change to their vision. Thank you so much for my new vision! I’m forever grateful.

Dr. Munson is awesome. He is super responsive and overall a great guy. The staff at Aurora Lasik is the same always responsive, unbelievably kind, and accommodating. RLE was the surgery I had done. 2 weeks post surgery I can see both near and far. The surgery itself was straight forward and recovery was relatively fast with no complications. I would highly recommend RLE to anyone that is eligible . Most definitely you should use Aurora Lasik.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Every step of the way they were there to tell you what was next and what you would feel. Aftercare was great experience also, The Dr would send texts making sure you were alright and you would get reminders to take your medicine.

A good friend recommended Aurora LASIK after his PRK a couple years ago. He researched a ton of Vision Correction clinics and found that Aurora was the only place using modern tech for their procedures.Trusting his judgment I decided to just go for it. Aurora LASIK did a fantastic job with my PRK and it’s the most professional experience I have had in my life.From evaluation to pre-operation to operation to post operation, everything was seamless and they ensured I had all the answers for questions I hadn’t even asked. The staff and doctors were easy to reach. Just a fantastic job with everything and my Vision is now 20:15.At first I thought the price was rather expensive, but afterwards I see that I got a ton of value from their care. They cost more than a bulk LASIK clinic, but you’re getting better quality out of it. Your eyes deserve the best possible care, so trust them to staff at Aurora LASIK.I highly recommend them for any vision treatment you may need. You won’t regret going with them.

So me and my wife had been contemplating on getting Lasik surgery for many years now. My wife looked into it very thoroughly and found the most amazing place ever...Aurora Lasik!!! We decided to take a chance and even made it a Lasik surgery couples date...lol😂 If that is a thing...if not then hopefully it becomes a new trend and Aurora Lasik is definitely the place to be. The staff as well as the medical team were absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable as well as professionals in this field. If me and my wife could reverse and do it over again we would definitely go through Aurora Lasik again. Went for an evaluation appointment. Was happy at the depth of testing and time they took to explain everything. Nothing was rushed. Everything was clean,well organized,and staff was very friendly.

Aroura Lasik took very good care of me. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Especially when it came to scheduling. They were very helpful with working around my schedule. The procedure itself was very quick and not that painful. I do recommend seeing them if you are interested in corrective surgery.

Several years ago, in 2020, I had laser floater treatment here and had decent results. I would say about 50 to 60% reduction in visibility of the floaters in my right eye. Recently noticed that my left eye was showing the same so I emailed to get information on scheduling. I got no response from their website form. I had to call two weeks later and was told they aren't doing it anymore. Apparently I'm one of the few success stories. So, 4 stars because my service there was excellent but they didn't bother to answer their email and didn't offer the service I wanted any longer. Still, friendly staff and his doctor. Can't speak to Lasik procedure though.

Amazing team that cares so much about what they do. From the minute I walked in for a general consultation to the day I had surgery and even after, they are there to make sure you have the best experience and results possible. I’m now 15/20 in both eyes!

Aurora Lasik is an incredible place to receive your eye care. They have very sophisticated testing equipment and the atmosphere is calming and comforting. The best thing about Aurora, to me, is the people, the staff. Each and every one of them are kind and fun! They even laugh at my jokes which I appreciate😛

My experience with Aurora LASIK far exceeded my expectations. The team really go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Everyone was professional, courteous and kind. I had lasik performed on both eyes and my procedure went without hiccups or complications. It was quick and painless. I do recommend taking the day and possibly the day after off from work if you can.
