Angela Triebold, OD

Dr. Angela Triebold received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Oregon.  Prior to coming to Aurora LASIK, Dr. Triebold helped establish the Warfighter Refractive Eye Surgery Clinic at Madigan Army Medical Center at Ft. Lewis in 2002.  She continued to practice at Madigan for 16 years, ensuring combat vision readiness for service members who had LASIK, PRK, or ICL surgery.  During her tenure there, Dr. Triebold served as research coordinator for the refractive program, and helped train ophthalmology residents and optometry externs.  She has also practiced full-scope primary care optometry in addition to refractive surgery co-management.
Compassionate, dedicated, and with a positive attitude, Dr. Triebold believes that communication is key to providing quality patient care and building trust in a patient-physician relationship.  She loves living in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys hiking and camping with her family and friends, playing the piano, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.

Nicole Ivie, Director

Nicole graduated from Centralia College with degree in Business and Nursing. She then became licensed in spa and massage therapy. Nicole spent the next 12 years working in world class spas and medical spas as a provider then director. To continue her passion of helping others and working within the medical wellness industry, refractive surgery turned out to be a great fit when she found Dr. Rudd and Aurora LASIK in 2016. Nicole continues to be inspired to develop her team and grow Aurora LASIK along with the pleasure of working closely with their amazing patients every day.
When she is not at work she spends time with her husband and children, going on adventures and explore the gorgeous PNW. Hiking, boating, motorcycle rides and breweries are where she finds her “happy place”.

Randi Angwood, COA

She started her time in ophthalmology in 2009 working at Clarus Eye Centre where she worked with multiple optometrist and ophthalmologist until 2017 where her focus turned to refractive surgery. She then decided to join Dr. Rudd the Aurora LASIK team. Randi enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors. She likes to camp, hike and watch her kids play multiple sports.

Melissa Mullins, COA, OSC

Melissa graduated Remington College from the medical assisting program in 2007.  Then received her associates in Health Care Administration from Central Carolina Technical College in 2014. 
Melissa began working in Ophthalmology in 2008 and continued her career through many practices over the last 10 years. In the summer of 2018 Melissa’s husband got stationed at JBLM in Washington. Melissa joined Aurora LASIK shortly after and has been an amazing addition to our team.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. They enjoy camping, fishing and exploring their new surroundings.

Krystle Clement, Ophthalmic Technician

Krystle started her career in Ophthalmology in 2001 working as one of the Patient Service Representatives at Clarus Eye Centre.  She continued her career there until she started her family and stayed home with her children. In 2008 she returned to Clarus to work as an Ophthalmic technician with Dr. Rudd in his cornea practice.  In 2015 when Aurora opened Krystle moved over to work solely at Aurora LASIK.  Krystle enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog Zeus.

Chanteria Puryear, Patient Counselor

Chanteria graduated from Clover Park Technical with an associates in Esthetics Sciences and has practiced locally for over a decade.  In 2017 she decided it was time for a new challenge and joined our team at Aurora LASIK. She gets the pleasure of educating our patients through their surgery process at Aurora LASIK.
Chanteria grew up in Tacoma area and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and little one. She is always ready and willing to answer any question you may have.


Rae Hart, Patient Service Representative

Rae Hart is our patient advocate and works closely with them to ensure their questions are answered and needs are met. Rae keeps things organized and the ship running. She is currently a STEM student at SPSCC in addition to her full time position at Aurora. Rae loves being part of the supportive and upbeat team that is Aurora, and is grateful to be part of a company that changes lives every day.
